A Saris indoor trainer is a great way to workout and participate in 2 Rivers Bicycle virtual spin class or when utilizing a streaming service.
The rear wheel of your bicycle attaches to the trainer that then provides the progressive resistance as you add effort while pedaling/shifting gears on your bike.
A trainer tire is recommended, but not required (tire not included with rental fee). Includes a wheel block for front wheel.
-4 month minimum rental, @ $30 month
-Delivery to residence is extra with a maximum radius of 25 miles around Fort Atkinson
