SPIN / Indoor Cycling
REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR NOVEMBER 2025 CLASSES - STARTING THE WEEK OF NOV 3RD!
Experience the power of in-person training with expert instructors, a state-of-the-art facility, and energizing music that keeps you moving. Ride alongside peers who encourage, challenge, and inspire you—because fitness is better together.
Our classes welcome every fitness level, from first-timers to seasoned athletes. You control the intensity, while our instructors guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form, motivation, and progression. With real-time coaching and a supportive group atmosphere, you’ll not only get a great workout but also build confidence, community, and lasting results.
Whether your goal is to improve endurance, gain strength, or simply enjoy the ride, our in-person classes give you the structure, energy, and accountability to reach your next level.
One class per week for 6 weeks ($8.67 per class + tax). Some classes allow for walk-ins (see below in 'Registration' section).

*Limited walk-ins available. $10 fee per class (includes tax). First come, first serve. Payment due the day of class.
Instructors
We have a variety of instructors from different backgrounds. Most are serious endurance athletes that have a lot of 'field' experience. Additionally, all instructors are certified through various course work and/or higher education. Instructors will provide coaching and other recommendations for more effective workouts.
John Raub
This is John's twelfth season as an instructor. Cyclist on and off-road, runner, husband and father. He looks forward to another awesome season of teaching those aspiring to stay fit, train for an event, or just exercise in a friendly and social environment.
Jack Heier
This is Jack's first season as an instructor. He is an avid road and cyclocross racer with a long history as an endurance athlete. Welcome Jack!
Stephanie Cooper
This is Stephanie's third season as an instructor at 2 Rivers. She is super passionate about spin and fitness. Be prepared for some challenging classes that are tons of fun!
Bob Weh
This is Bob's third season as an instructor at 2 Rivers. Bob is a long time spin member with the 2 Rivers family and a regular on our Tuesday & Thursday night group rides.
